Terms and conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Inverse Digital Pty Ltd ("we", "our", or "us") to our clients ("you" or "your"). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. Subscription Terms
All website services are provided on a subscription basis with a minimum contract term of 24 months. Subscription fees are payable monthly in advance. Your subscription includes website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and support as outlined in your selected plan.
After the initial 24-month term, you have the following options:
Option 1: Continue Subscription – You may continue on your current subscription plan with no changes. Your website will remain active with ongoing hosting, support, and maintenance included.
Option 2: Website Revamp – You may undertake a full website redesign and redevelopment. Your existing subscription fee will continue and reset for a further 24-month term.
Option 3: Hosting & Ongoing Management – If no redesign or ongoing development is required, you may transition to our Hosting and Ongoing Management plan for $50 per month, which includes:
- Premium website hosting
- Domain management
- SSL certificate
- Ongoing support
- Security monitoring and error resolution
- Weekly CMS, plugin, and theme updates
- Monthly website performance reporting
Content updates are not included in this plan and are available via Content Maintenance Packages or charged at our standard hourly rate.
3. Add-Ons and Additional Services
Additional features and services ("Add-Ons") may be selected during signup or added at any time.
Add-Ons may include both monthly services and one-time setup fees.
All Add-Ons are subject to the scope outlined at the time of purchase.
If additional work is requested beyond the defined scope, this may be quoted separately or charged at our standard hourly rate.
4. Content Maintenance
Content updates and changes outside of your plan inclusions are available through Content Maintenance Packages:
- 1 Hour – $50
- 2 Hours – $100
- 5 Hours – $200
- 10 Hours – $400
Content maintenance packages may be adjusted or cancelled at any time.
If no active package is in place, content updates will be charged at $120 per hour (inc GST).
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays in providing required materials may impact timelines.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all content supplied.
6. Project Scope
Each website and Add-On is delivered based on a defined scope. Requests outside of the agreed scope may require additional time and cost. We will notify you before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.
7. Payments
All subscription and Add-On fees must be paid on time as agreed.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services, including website access and hosting.
We reserve the right to charge reasonable costs associated with overdue accounts.
8. Termination
You may terminate your subscription after the initial 24-month term by providing written notice.
If you terminate before the end of the contract term, you may be required to pay the remaining balance of the agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are breached.
9. Ownership and Access
The website remains the property of Inverse Digital Pty Ltd during the active subscription term.
Upon completion of the initial 24-month term and full payment of all fees, you may request access to your website files.
Ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support are only provided while an active subscription or hosting plan is in place.
We are not responsible for the performance, security, or functionality of the website once it is removed from our hosting environment.
10. Liability
We take reasonable steps to ensure your website is secure and maintained.
However, we are not liable for:
- Third-party service failures
- Cybersecurity incidents beyond our control
- Loss of data, revenue, or business
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be communicated, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

After the 24-month period, you have two options:
- Option 1: Website Revamp – If you wish to revamp your website with a complete redesign and development, your current subscription cost will remain the same, and the subscription will continue for an additional 24 months.
- Option 2: Change to Hosting and Ongoing Management with Content Maintenance – If you are satisfied with the existing design and structure, you can switch to our Hosting and Ongoing Management plan for $50 per month. This plan includes:
- Premium website hosting
- Domain management
- SSL certificate
- Customer support
- Security and error log fixes
- Weekly CMS, plugin, and theme updates
- Monthly website performance report
3. Content Maintenance
In addition to the Hosting and Ongoing Management plan, we offer Content Maintenance Packages at a discounted rate for subscribers:
- 1 Hour = $50
- 2 Hours = $100
- 5 Hours = $200
- 10 Hours = $400
Content maintenance packages can be adjusted or removed at any time. If the content maintenance package is removed, any content changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $120 inc GST.
4. Termination
You may terminate the contract after the initial 24-month period by providing written notice.
Early termination may result in additional fees, including any outstanding balances and charges for services rendered.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are due monthly and must be paid on the agreed-upon date.
If any payment is overdue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.
6. Liability and Responsibility
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the security and maintenance of your website, but we are not liable for any damages caused by third-party actions or unforeseen events.
You are responsible for providing accurate content and information for your website and maintaining access to necessary materials.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
